WRAP MAGIC

The most important thing for companies considering a wrap to understand is that this is a multi step process.

Wrap Magic has a large selection of vehicle templates which we will use as the basis for your wrap design.

1. Designing – The design phase begins with a look at your vehicle to take pictures and measurements so we can create a well thought out design template to make a strong visual impact. You can either provide ready artwork or Wrap Magic can create the artwork for you for a fee. Regardless of who designs your wrap, make sure you only use high-resolution photographs and graphics. After the design elements have been gathered, the wrap must be properly sized to fit the vehicle using the templates, photos, logos, and measurements.
2. Proofing - Once the design is ready, Wrap Magic will provide a printed proof of what the vehicle wrap will look like. You will have the opportunity to look the proof over carefully to locate any mistakes and submit any changes before we create the finished wrap. However, the more adjustments you need to make to the proof, the longer it will take to complete job.
3. Production – The artwork is then generated on computer and printed onto cast vinyl sheets using a high-resolution Mutoh printer. It's then laminated with a clear, glossy overlaminate to add a layer of protection to your digital print.
4. Installation –  Lastly and maybe most importantly the vehicle needs to be properly cleaned and preped so the wrap can be installed correctly. You should have the vehicle washed the day before the scheduled install then parked indoors over night. Wrap Magic installers will carefully affix the wrap to the surface of the vehicle. The wrap will conform to the vehicle's exact shape and give the vehicle a factory finished appearance.

Pre Wrap Check List:

We will provide you with a Vehicle Wrap Check list Prior to installing your wrap.  You will be asked to sign or initial sections of the check list as they are completed from design to completion of your custom vehicle wrap. The following are some of the items on the check list.

Your vehicle must be properly washed & dried prior to the install and ready to go.

We will note any broken lights or glass.

We will note any rusted or body damaged areas where vinyl may not stick well.

We will note if your car or van has been painted recently. However, you should check with the body shop to see how much time (may be up to 3 months) your new paint will need to cure before a vinyl wrap or graphic can be applied.

Wrap Magic uses Avery EZ-RS Graphic Print Vinyl as well as other brands of high quality vinyl.
